The Mesquite Gators offer a competitive Football and Drill Team  program.
The Fall Football Season runs from July 20, 2022 through November depending on how far we advance into the playoffs. Our Football and Drill teams practice 4 nights a week from July 20th through August 22nd (1st Day of School). Every team will practice on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. This schedule will be followed by every team unless the Head Coach or Director makes the decision to cut back on a practice day once the 2022/2023 School year begins. Every Drill team will have one night of line practice at a City of Mesquite designated football field. Drill teams will practice up to 5 nights a week once the season gets closer to Zone and City Competitions. The Mesquite Division 1 Football & Drill regular season games will begin on August 21, 2022. All regular season games are played on Saturdays.  Drill teams perform an 8 minute dance routine as a halftime show for every game.

Parents will receive a breakdown of all fees paid to the organization at the 1st Sign-Ups/Parent Meeting. 
Use of Helmet, Shoulder Pads, and Game Pants will be provided by the organization.
Players provide Practice Jersey and Practice Pants with pads.
Game Jersey will be issued to every player.
