GATORS FOOTBALL & DRILL ORGANIZATION MISSION STATEMENT



The Mesquite Gators Organization established in 1999, is a non-profit youth organization. Established to promote the development of youth through the association with adult leaders in the sport of football and drill team. The Mesquite Gators is one of the largest organizations in Mesquite, Texas. Dedicated to teaching youth through positive role models. Our emphasis is on learning, playing, and enjoying the sport while instilling high moral standards by stressing the importance of academic achievement and community involvement. helping kids become leaders and teammates.

Sportsmanship, teamwork, honesty, responsibility and self-discipline are among the traits needed by youngsters to face the future with positive aspirations and confidence. If we teach them positive lessons, such as playing by the rules, our athletes will learn how to live by the rules. Players and performers will learn both confidence and a sense of self-worth that extend beyond the field and onto the school, family and community.

Our goal is to teach the fundamentals of football & drill team, and coordinate football & drill team activities throughout the community.
